Excellent experience with Chase and Bryce! They were able to get our inspection done quickly and with little notice, as we had a small inspection window in our contract for our new home. Every once in a while you meet a group that provides everything you need and them some. Well that’s RCI, professional, extremely detailed and friendly. There report was easy to read with images and best of all comments to explain there technical findings. Best of all they didn’t disappear after their 1st visit. Chase did my inspection and I could not be more pleased with the results. With this being my first time buying a home I had fears of what could be wrong with the home. I live in Illinois and was in process of buying a home in Lakeland. It was very important for me to have the future home inspected by a professional. After a research on Internet I found RIC and read Kevin's good feedback. Contacted him and got scheduled. He was able to handle all of the communication and documentation online (e-mails). We met onsite at the time of the inspection. He provided a very detailed check-up on all structural, technical and utility systems inside and out of the house. He discovered very important details, which I wouldn't be able to see by myself. I got my report while we were still on site, with photo images and descriptions of each finding. Kevin walked me through the report and explained all implications and possible issues related to the discoveries. I am completely satisfied with Kevin's work and will be happy to call him again if I need an inspection for another home. The cost of the service was better than reasonable.
