Wow! I have recommended Residential Inspection Consultants for years to my clients. Every time I am pleasantly reminded why I do! Chase and Brice are thorough, professional and provide the time it takes to do the job right. They always allow enough time at the end of the inspection to walk my clients or myself through the property and go over, point-by-point, the good and the bad and the ugly. (should there be ugly) They know their job is important and everybody is waiting for the results.
I know they are busy, but every inspection they do for my clients - they do their best to get the full, finished report back that evening if possible.
These guys have the latest technology. Their Thermal Imaging will blow you away. They provide a warranty program, too!
All around, the two brothers are just good guys. They care to do the job right, the first time. However, if called upon, they will return again if a new repair warrants a follow up inspection.

This company was founded by the current owners father in the early 1900's. It has been my inspection company of choice since 1994 when I started as a realtor. They offer a full slate of inspections, and the reports have always been very detailed and accurate, and have only improved over the years. The reports are organized efficiently and easy to read and understand. Their customer service is impeccable, and they handle all the inspections and appointments themselves and are brother/brother family team. If I had an opportunity I would give one star. We paid to have a Home Inspection prior to the purchase of a home. After the home inspection we have discovered two issues which were not found nor reported on the Home Inspection. It was quite frankly a waste of our money to have paid this company and Chase Grants for the services rendered. Highly recommend seeking a different company to perform the services of a Home Inspection. The inspection was not thorough if I discovered two issues which should have been found and noted on the inspection.

Bryce and Chase were fantastic to work with on my client's listing! they are careful, diligent and committed to doing whatever needs to be done to keep a closing on track. They made multiple trips to the property and worked after hours to modify their reports so that insurance could be lined up in time. Highly recommend!
