Professional Home Inspection Services
We don’t meet the standard. We set it.

For over 30 years, our family has helped others make confident home decisions. That experience, passed down and continually sharpened, is the heart of every inspection we perform.
Residential Home
Inspections
-
The purpose of a home inspection is not only to find visible problems but also to uncover hidden issues that could lead to costly repairs. This helps you make an informed decision and avoid unexpected expenses after buying your home.
Wind Mitigation Inspections
-
A wind mitigation inspection identifies features that protect your home from wind damage. This can lead to valuable insurance discounts, improved safety during storms, and a higher resale value when you decide to sell.
4-Point
Inspections
-
A 4-Point Inspection is a focused assessment of the four main systems in your home: HVAC, roofing, electrical, and plumbing. It helps identify potential issues that could affect safety, insurance, and overall home performance.
Thermal
Imaging
-
Thermal imaging lets us “see” temperature differences in your home that the naked eye can’t detect. It helps find hidden leaks, missing insulation, and electrical issues — so you get a clearer picture of your home’s condition and energy efficiency.
Mold & Air
Quailty Testing
-
Mold and air quality testing help identify hidden contaminants that could affect your health and your home’s environment. Our thorough testing pinpoints mold presence and evaluates indoor air quality so you can breathe easier and make informed decisions.
What to Expect from Your Home Inspection
Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Residential Inspection Consultants provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.
After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
